These are new machines, which are in slightly damaged boxes, usually because some of the the outer boxes can get soiled or slightly damaged during transport from the factory to the warehouse. The warranty on these machines are the same as our new machines.

These are nearly new machines, They come back from customers within 4-6 months of sale. They could have been slightly used but refurbished by us as the exclusive sole distributor of Gaggia in the UK and comes with our warranty.
