REFURBISHED MACHINES: These are machines which have been sent to customers and have come back, either they are opened and used by the customer and returned due to minor issues, or are sent back because they are the wrong item sent, or the customer has decided to upgrade the machine. We check them and sell them as refurbished machines.
NEW - DAMAGED BOXES: We receive machines from Gaggia Italy on pallets, and sometimes the outer packages can get damaged in transit or when unloading and storage. We offer these new machines at lower prices on this page.

Caffe Shop Ltd is the sole distributor of Gaggia in the British Isles. The company also ran the Gaggia Outlet shops in Castleford, Braintree and other locations in the UK. We sell the GAGGIA 'nearly-new' and refurbished machines through the Factory Shop in our head office. We are now brining the Outlet concept online.

All our Gaggia machines sold here are refurbished by Gaggia trained engineers and we provide a warranty in the UK for all our machines.
If you want to see the products in person, you can come to our showroom in Elland, West Yorkshire, during week days by appointment.
COFFEE
We sell the Gaggia brand of coffees and we also offer our local coffee brand 'Blenders of Northampton'. This is our brand of artisan coffee, blended in small quantities by our experienced roaster with over 35 years of coffee blending and roasting experience.
